In collaboration with Seasons Yoga, our evening and day retreats are just perfect if you want to recharge, reflect and reset.  Choose from our calendar of activities throughout the spring and summer months, and get ready to enjoy, outdoor yoga, meditation, creative clay together with wonderful food, and company in an idyllic English country garden setting.

I'm a qualified coach in business and personal coaching with Barefoot Coaching, ACC accredited with the International Coaching Federation, and an experienced leadership development professional with decades of professional experience.

 

I work with each individual, team or company to develop the right  programme together. As we set off we will design together the right approach and techniques to use.  It certainly isn't a standard approach. You are in the driving seat, and you can feel confident that I am an experienced and qualified coach.  At the heart of my thinking is harnessing and building creativity, performance and learning through creating a feeling of safety, wellbeing and great mental health.  I believe in the importance of open conversations around mental health, stress and anxiety as essential for everybody if they truly wish to learn, be themselves and perform in todays complex world.
